The Cosmic Baseball Research Alliance (COBRA) first created the Cosmic Baseball Video Group in 1999 as a supplement to the COBRA's Cosmic Player Development Group. (The Player Development Group had had a small Film Squad, and its two members, a film director and a cinematographer joined the Group.) In March 2007 the Video Group was transformed into the Video Team. The Team took a more experimental approach to its visual baseball products and the prototype for the CBA Video News page at the CBA's website was hatched by the Team. The Team was officially renamed the COBRA Video Club in February 2010. |
