Krim was nominated by Mark Cohen who has recently edited a collection of 18 essays written by Krim. The book, Missing A Beat, to be published by the Syracuse University Press at the end of April is designed to introduce Krim to a new younger generation that might appreciate the iconoclastic writer more than the generations that immediately followed him.

Krim joins the 2010 Dharma Beats as a right-handed pitcher.
